Do you offer telehealth appointments?
No, we do not currently offer telehealth. All appointments are seen in person at our Schaumburg office.
Is Saturday medical care available every week?
No, Saturday medical appointments are available only on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. If we are out of network with your plan or you don’t have insurance, our Direct Care pricing applies: $170 for a new patient visit and $120 for a return visit, with the full price list on our Direct Care page.
Are credit cards accepted, and is there a surcharge?
Yes, we accept credit cards with a 3% surcharge; there is no fee for debit card payments.
